The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice. Doing wrong is like a joke to a fool, but wisdom is pleasure to a man of understanding. Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
