In my messages and my preaches were very plain rather than using clever and persuasive speeches. I rely on the power of the Holy Spirit.

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
