But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and disaster

He who oppresses the poor taunts his Maker, but he who is gracious to the needy honors Him

Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountiful will also reap bountifully, Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodnes, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another.

We urge you, brethen, admonish the unruly, encourage the feint hardened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

I know that the Lord will maintain the course of the afflicted and justice for the poor.

And let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking one another as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

Now all these are from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting on their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the ministry of reconciliation. Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as through God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

If anyone is willing to do his will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from myself.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them saying "All authority has been given to me over heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I command you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of age.

For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

For whoever has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall he taken away from him.

On the first day of everyweek each on of you is to set aside and save, as he may prosper. So thatno collections be made when I come.

But just as you abound in everything, in faith and utterance and knowledge and in all earnestness and in the love we inspired in you, see to it that you abound in the gracious work also.

The gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the ministry of christ
